At BNV Services, we aim to ensure timely and secure delivery of CCTV cameras, accessories, and related equipment. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our official sales channels.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping and installation services across:

  • Select pin codes in India (subject to service availability)

For orders outside our coverage zone, please contact our support team before placing your order.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and receipt of advance payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of stock unavailability or custom requirements, we will inform you of any delays in advance.

4. Shipping Methods & Partners

We deliver products via trusted logistics providers or in-house delivery teams.
Shipping methods include:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)
  • In-Person Delivery and Installation: For customers availing our full installation package

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight and size of the package
  • Urgency or delivery type

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly communicated in the quotation or invoice. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value or during promotional offers.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link (if sent via courier partner)
  • Delivery confirmation and schedule for installation
  • Contact information of the assigned technician (if applicable)

For order status, you may also contact our support team directly.


7. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery and installation may be done on the same day or within 2 days of delivery, depending on the service scope.
  • A mutually agreed appointment date will be scheduled for on-site installation.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure availability at the installation location on the scheduled date.

8. Delays & Exceptions

BNV Services is not responsible for delivery delays due to:

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or transport disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Access restrictions at the delivery or installation site

We will, however, make every effort to resolve such issues promptly.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos of the package and items for inspection
  • We will arrange for replacements or initiate claims with our delivery partner

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
