Refund and Returns Policy

BNV Services – CCTV Camera Installation and Security Services
1. Introduction
At BNV Services, we are committed to customer satisfaction and high-quality service. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which customers may be eligible for refunds, service rework related to CCTV camera products and installation services.
2. General Policy
Our refund and return policies apply only to eligible hardware purchases and installation services made directly through BNV Services. Custom solutions or services provided under contract may follow separate terms as agreed in writing.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
a. Product Not Delivered
If hardware is ordered but not delivered within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays due to customer unavailability or external factors), a full refund can be requested.
b. Faulty or Damaged Equipment
If the product delivered is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be issued after inspection and verification.
c. Installation Service Issues
If the installation was incomplete or unsatisfactory due to our team’s error, we will provide free reinstallation or correction. Refunds for installation fees are only issued in rare cases when service is not delivered as promised and cannot be rectified.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase or installation
- Damage caused by customer mishandling or third-party technicians
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- Customized systems or special-order products
- Service charges for completed site visits, surveys, or consultations
5. Return Policy for Hardware
a. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
b. Condition for Return
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all cables, manuals, and accessories intact. A technician may inspect the product before return is approved.
c. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or delivered in error.
6. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.)
- You will receive an email or SMS notification upon completion
7. Cancellation Policy
- Hardware Orders: Can be canceled before shipping with no penalty.
- Installation Appointments: Can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a visit fee.

9. Warranty and Repairs
All hardware is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year unless otherwise stated). BNV Services will assist in warranty claims where applicable.
For post-installation support or repairs, service charges may apply outside warranty coverage.
10. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
